Well, I have a tight schedule on this particular day. I had an appointment in Midvalley at 12, but i was still stucked in the carpark till 12.15, so , I called up and delayed till 2pm, and also had to delay my appointment for this hairdo till 3.30.
So, i was late to this hairdo too, due to the jam on Federal Highway, I only reached at 3.45.
When I reached the salon after searching around using the GPS, I went in, and one of the workers were at the "reception desk", she was on the phone. I, of course, approach the desk first before walking straight into the salon, right? so, i stood there, and she just shove me to the waiting sofa and asked me to sit ( i was thinking wth?!) okay, fine, i sat. I waited ...and waited. for around 15-20 minutes, finally asked me to sit at one of the tables.
First was to do the scalp scan and analysis, this is to check the health of your scalp. So, she explained and explained (my scalp has problem, this i have known already), she was persuading me and explaining (or she actually confused me), i have to do a "scalp treatment"( this I agreed but ...).
Okay. nevermind, at the end, she almost succeeded to "confuse" me, I was about to agree to do the treatment. but in the end, i changed my mind(it is quite pricey to me), and just did what is offered in the voucher. I chose to do the hair colouring. After doing the colouring , she did "Nanoe hair repair treatment", which i felt my hair was smooth at that moment ( i was impressed at the moment).
According to what the person who served me, Jessee, the color chemical they used has no ammonia, which is indifferent from the other salons, i just paid a partial believing. Moreover, next, i did a haircut. She seemed professional when she was cutting, it was fine-looking at that point. The next day, its... (it just made me frustrated).
Okay, overall of this Groupon thing is to introduce you the their "selling point" of this salon - The Nanoe Tech. , also the hair scalp thing ( i am still considering to return for this). This groupon comes with a Rm100 voucher on the next visit ( but there is a "con") , when she gave me this thing, Jessee says , it is only valid for A month, she explained that this is the company's policy. And, she kept asking me to make an appointment first.
Well,.... as a conclusion, i felt cheated (the voucher thing) , the whole idea was to capture people to do their hair scalp thing. But for people, who wants to try out any new salons for haircut, and do a color, is quite a good deal, but just bear in mind that you should resist what they're about to persuade you.

This is my first time buying this sorta Groupon. I have not gone for this package, yet to go on Saturday. And I will then update this post again for the review, whether this is worthy or not ant rating this again. ;)
